| Information for song "The Artist" | | | | |  | `The Artist` combines many synth textures and more traditional instruments. It builds in layers and is inspired by the work of Lewes based Artist, Jessica Zoob. Her work is created by applying layers of oil paint. This is `scraped away` at revealing the most amazing colours and textures beneath. Her paintings seem almost 3D in their appearance. In `The Artist` I have attempted to replicate this technique, but in an auditory way.
