| Information for song "Behringer: Tristan and Siegfried meet Isolde" | | | | | | | Song Story | In 1999, the web site "La Petite Musique" (by David Solomons) had organized a monthly challenge topics for compositions. At one time, the topic was "Wagner`s Tristan Chord". Reinhold Behringer decided to participate and create his first published composition. The work picks up the original Wagner theme (Tristan chord) and mixes it with themes from the "Siegfried Idyll".
